Phillipe M. Chatelain is a poet from the Bronx, New York. He is a recent graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. His first chapbook entitled taking shots alone has been independently released and he is Managing Editor of In Parentheses Literary Magazine.
Michael Pitter is a writer and currently a student of the pre-medical sciences living in Harlem. He graduated from Boston University in 2012, where he received the Gregory Hudson Award for Writing Excellence in the Humanities. There he studied English literature, philosophy and history. He is the co-founder of In Parentheses Magazine. To Michael, In Parentheses exists as an intellectual environment where art, daily life and current events (both domestic and international) share equal relevance.
