Phillipe M. Chatelain is a poet from New York City with a Masters Degree in Poetry from The New School. He writes as someone in the tradition of the urban troubadour or the flaneur–wandering, taking notes. He believes that poetry of our generation has taken on a much more digital definition. Furthermore, it is important for New Modernist writers like those exhibited in In Parentheses Literary Magazine to assume the forms of media available in order to carry on the history of Sublime Art. His series taking shots alone was self-published in 2012-2015.

Michael Pitter is a writer and currently a student of the pre-medical sciences living in Harlem. He graduated from Boston University in 2012, where he received the Gregory Hudson Award for Writing Excellence in the Humanities. There he studied English literature, philosophy and history. He is the founder of In Parentheses Magazine.

Jessica Gawrych is a student at Boston University, dabbling in the realms of Literature, Politics, and Marketing alike.

Brittney Bullock is a Boston University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Primary interests include politics, prose and poetry.

Garth Mramor studies Comparative Literature, French and German at Binghamton University. Current interests include: W. B. Yeats and Cormac McCarthy. Sadly, he attended the meager Xavier High School in NYC.

Julia Lucrecia is a multilingual writer and performer born to Dominican parents and raised in Puerto Rico. Now a New School Alumnae, she will be spending the next six months writing and volunteering in Guatemala and Dominican Republic. She has written about music for Remezcla and Et Musique Pour Tous. Julia Lucrecia believes in the freedom of the peoples.

Noemi Soto is an awesome human being who does not believe in time. She is based in Brooklyn, NY and pursuing the furthest stars and planets.
